If your boiler or central heating is not working we can help you with a speedy and professional service. Just call one of our customer care team who will be able to advise you of what can be done. In some cases we will be able to troubleshoot you over the phone. If your problem persists we can arrange one of our skilled engineers to take a look. We do not charge a call out fee and simply charge by the hour. Bookings are made in 2 hour time slots so you won't be waiting all day for an engineer to show up. Once we have established the fault with your heating system we will advise you of the charges to rectify the problem. Cannon Services believe in fair and clear charging for our services. This is why we have stated our rates for our most common services on our rates page We have a one hour minimum charge but thereafter we are the only service company to charge in 30 minute increments so you’re only paying for the time worked by our engineer. Time slots are booked in 2 hour increments meaning you will not have to be waiting in all morning or afternoon for your engineer to arrive.
